Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for accurate set-up of events and items in Salesforce for Sections, Divisions, and Committees within the Professional Development Department.
  • Maintain the necessary skills and knowledge base in Salesforce integration with Informz for marketing campaigns and automatic delivery of course books and surveys.
  • Generate and provide Salesforce reports, as needed.

  • Correct spelling, punctuation, and grammar usage

  • Adobe Acrobat Skills

  • MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

Required minimum education: Bachelor's Degree (proof of degree required at interview).

Required minimum professional work experience: Three (3) years of professional office administrative experience. Appropriate related work experience may substitute for the degree on a year-for-year basis.

Minimum Starting Salary: $45, 057.66 with an excellent benefits package including employer paid pension contribution.

Employees of The Florida Bar are eligible to apply for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF).

Position is open until filled. Non-Exempt position. This position is in an in-office position, located in Tallahassee, Florida and is not a remote position.
