We're hiring a Program Coordinator to support a coaching and development program in a fully remote environment. This role focuses on organization, communication, scheduling, and administrative support to keep coaches, participants, and program activities running smoothly while maintaining accurate program records. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple moving pieces, communicating with stakeholders, and working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day program operations and administrative workflows.
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, onboarding sessions, and training activities.
- Track applicants, manage waitlists, and maintain participant communications.
- Create and maintain digital documentation, templates, and program resources.
- Assist with reporting, data tracking, participation metrics, and program records.
- Support monthly training sessions by coordinating scheduling, communications, recordings, and file management.
- Work closely with coaches, participants, and program leadership to ensure deadlines and deliverables stay on track.
Requirements
- Experience coordinating schedules, calendars, meetings, or administrative processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through with minimal supervision.
- Professional customer service or stakeholder support experience.
- Experience using Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to create and maintain documents, presentations, and written communications.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Pay
$27.00/hour
Schedule
- Contract Length: 5 months (contract with strong potential for full-time conversion)
- Work Setting: Fully Remote
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time
