Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for internal sales teams on campaign execution.
- Capture, review, and validate campaign details for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure all required campaign elements are in place prior to production.
- Review creative edits and proofreading updates within internal systems.
- Partner with internal teams to clarify requests and resolve discrepancies.
- Perform quality checks to ensure campaign accuracy and process compliance.
- Prepare, clean, reconcile, and format campaign data files for mailing.
- Maintain organized project documentation across systems.
- Support day-to-day operational tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent required.
- 0–2 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, operations, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Ability to learn internal systems and campaign tools.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM.
- Exposure to direct marketing, campaign execution, data coordination, or print/mail processes.
