About the role
The Program Coordinator supports the implementation and coordination of youth programming within the Youth & Family Division at OIC of South Florida. This role assists with scheduling, program logistics, participant tracking, and operational coordination to ensure programs are delivered effectively across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the coordination of youth programming across schools, community centers, and partner locations.
- Aid in scheduling program sessions, workshops, and youth activities across multiple sites.
- Maintain participant records including attendance, enrollment, and program participation data.
- Support program documentation and reporting requirements for grant-funded programs.
- Cook up materials, supplies, and logistical needs for youth programs and events.
- Aid in planning and coordination of division initiatives including youth leadership programs, STEAM activities, workshops, and special events.
- Support communication with program staff, school partners, and community organizations.
- Aid in youth participant recruitment and program outreach efforts.
- Aid in coordination of caregiver workshops and family engagement events.
- Maintain organized program records and assist with internal tracking systems.
- Aid staff with logistical support for youth programming and activities.
Qualifications/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Public Administration, Youth Development, Social Services, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 23 years of experience supporting youth programs, community programs, or administrative coordination.
- Experience working with schools or youth-serving organizations preferred.
- Strong organizational, scheduling, and administrative coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data tracking systems, and program documentation.

Work Location: Broward and Miami-Dade Counties

Pay
Employment is contingent upon available funding and the successful completion of a background investigation.
