New Jersey Institute for Disabilities (NJID) is one of the largest not-for-profit agencies in the nation, serving infants, children, and adults with developmental and related disabilities. NJID offers specialized facilities, programs, and support throughout New Jersey.

About the role

We are currently recruiting for a Program Coordinator to work with adults with developmental disabilities in a day program setting located in Port Reading, NJ. The Program Coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing client goals, coordinating program activities, and assisting with personal care and transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement client goals
• Cookordination of program activities
• Aid in personal care and transportation

Requirements

• College degree preferred
• A valid driver's license is in good standing and must be insurable through NJID's automobile insurance
• Experience with individuals with intellectual, developmental, and related disabilities preferred

Qualifications

Full-time, part-time, and per diem direct support opportunities in Middlesex, Monmouth, Ocean, and Somerset Counties.

Schedule

Hours Per Work Week: 40
Weekly Work Schedule: Mon. - Fri. 8 am-4:30 pm

Pay

$22.50 ph - $24.16 ph Program Coordinator
