Program Overview
As a Program Coordinator (PC), you will oversee the daily operations of an adult residential home supporting individuals with Autism and developmental disabilities. You'll guide staff, coordinate care, and ensure a safe, structured, and positive home environment. This is a leadership role ideal for someone experienced, organized, and ready to take full ownership of program operations.
What You Bring
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid and current U.S. driver's license with 1+ year of licensed driving experience required
- MAP certification required
- 2+ years prior experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and implementing crisis Intervention/physical Management
- Prior Supervisory experience required
- Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills, and ability to lead a team, prioritize needs, and problem-solve in real time
