About the Role
Join our Department of Critical Care and play a key role in supporting the education and development of future healthcare professionals. As a Program Coordinator, you'll manage the operational rhythm behind critical care education, partnering with physician leaders, program teams, and learners to ensure programs run smoothly and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate ICU schedules for medical students, interns, and residents
- Collaborate with Internal Medicine and Emergency Department leaders, residency and fellowship coordinators, and program management
- Plan and organize Critical Care Grand Rounds and departmental educational programs
- Support Critical Care Education Governance Council meetings and related initiatives
- Maintain and update educational platforms, including Canvas and SharePoint
- Assist the Vice Chair of Education with evaluations, reporting, and new educational initiatives
- Serve as a key point of contact for faculty, learners, vendors, and other stakeholders
Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Driver's license may be required based on department business need
- One year of experience in healthcare or related work experience required
- Some roles may require experience in a specific program area

Pay
$45,697.60 to $60,902.40 per year
