Program Coordinator
About the Role
The Program Coordinator (PC) is a remote, junior-level position responsible for oversight of chapter programs, including providing ongoing support to existing chapters and development of newer chapters. The PC ensures the successful delivery of the flagship overnight summer camp program at all chapters they oversee (6–8), in addition to year-round programs. Each camp serves 20–300+ children, some with multiple week programs. Each chapter fully fundraises (budgets ranging from $30,000–$300,000+) to host their overnight summer camp and year-round programs; PCs are responsible for ensuring chapters meet camper and fundraising goals. The PC works in partnership with other PCs, Managers of Programs, the Operations Team, and other Kesem Staff to drive overall success of program implementation. Each PC reports directly to a Manager of Programs.
