Program Coordinator
for section headings. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include company overview content, position summary, duties list, qualifications list, pay, benefits, schedule.
We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure no extra fluff.
Let's extract content:

We also have "The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions." This is part of qualifications; we can keep as a paragraph maybe.
Pay: starting hourly rate $24.00.
Benefits: comprehensive benefits package.
Schedule: flexible schedule; must be available to work evenings and weekends as required.
We need to avoid duplication: schedule already in qualifications; but we can still have a Schedule section summarizing that. However we must not repeat same content verbatim? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." It doesn't forbid repeating but better to avoid duplication. We could keep schedule info only in Qualifications section, and not create a separate Schedule section if it's just same. But they said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could combine schedule into Qualifications or maybe have a Schedule section with that detail, but then we would be duplicating. Better to not create Schedule section if it's already covered. However they said "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." The posting does state schedule info (flexible schedule; must be available to work evenings and weekends as required). So we can create a Schedule section with that info. But we should not duplicate the same sentence elsewhere; we could remove it from Qualifications to avoid duplication. However the qualifications list includes that as a bullet; we could keep it there and also have Schedule section? That would be duplication. To avoid duplication, we could move the schedule bullet to the Schedule section and remove from Qualifications. But then we lose that detail from qualifications; but we still have it in Schedule section, preserving info. That's acceptable.
Similarly, benefits: we have "comprehensive benefits package" mentioned in Position Summary. We'll create Benefits section with that detail. We could remove that sentence from Position Summary to avoid duplication, but we need to preserve all substantive info; we can keep it in Benefits section and maybe keep a brief mention in Position Summary? That would be duplication. Better to move it to Benefits and adjust Position Summary to not include that phrase. However the instruction says "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." It doesn't forbid rephrasing or moving content as long as we keep all info. So we can extract the benefits sentence and put it in Benefits section, and adjust Position Summary to not include that phrase (or we could keep it but then it's duplicated). Safer to avoid duplication: we will not repeat the benefits sentence in Position Summary; we will keep Position Summary without that clause. Let's see Position Summary original: "The Program Coordinator is a full-time, non-exempt opportunity assisting with the operation, growth, and exposure of the player & youth development programs (herein PYD) focused in the community. The Program Coordinator and PYD team implement positive youth development, and golf and athlete development programming, for juniors within the community. The Program Coordinator assists with curriculum development, as well as overall growth and development of youth coaches. The incumbent will be assigned to work at various field locations within the defined geographical boundary and community. This position is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, with a starting hourly rate of $24.00."
We can split: Position Summary prose (first four sentences) and then Pay and Benefits sections.
Thus Position Summary will be: "The Program Coordinator is a full-time, non-exempt opportunity assisting with the operation, growth, and exposure of the player & youth development programs (herein PYD) focused in the community. The Program Coordinator and PYD team implement positive youth development, and golf and athlete development programming, for juniors within the community. The Program Coordinator assists with curriculum development, as well as overall growth and development of youth coaches. The incumbent will be assigned to work at various field locations within the defined geographical boundary and community."
Pay: starting hourly rate $24.00.
Benefits: eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.
Schedule: Flexible schedule; must be available to work evenings and weekends as required.
Now we need to ensure we keep all other details.

About the role
maybe combine Company Overview and Position Summary? Could have two sections: About the role (Company Overview) and Position Summary. But they said use headings for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can have About the role (company overview), Responsibilities (duties), Qualifications (skills), Pay, Benefits, Schedule. Possibly also Position Summary could be part of About the role. But we already have About the role; we could put company overview there. Position Summary could be merged into About the role or separate. To keep sections few, we can put company overview and position summary together under About the role. That would preserve both.
Thus About the role: include company overview paragraph and position summary paragraph (without benefits/pay). Then Responsibilities: list of duties. Qualifications: list of skills/qualifications (including physical demands etc). Pay: starting hourly rate. Benefits: comprehensive benefits package. Schedule: flexible schedule.
We must not create sections with filler. All have content.

Check for any leftover boilerplate: we removed EEO, physical demands note? We kept physical demands in qualifications bullet (the bullet about standing, lifting). The sentence "The physical demands described here are representative..." we can keep as a paragraph after qualifications list maybe. But we could incorporate that as a bullet? It's not a bullet but a note. We'll add a after the qualifications list: "The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
