Program Coordinator

About the role

Globus Medical seeks a Program Coordinator to plan, develop, and execute internal and external bioskills lab training programs for assigned business segments in the U.S. and internationally. The role manages logistics and provides customer service for a wide range of customers, handling registrations, attendee tracking, program set‑up, catering, hotel, and travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all logistics for customers, consultants, executives, and employees (domestic and international), including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and food & beverage.
• Provide onsite support for all participants, coordinating with lab team members, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Consult and collaborate with sales teams to ensure required paperwork and documentation are processed in accordance with company policies.
• Manage and reconcile invoices while adhering to set budgets.
• Perform venue searches for meeting spaces and lodging, submit and evaluate RFPs, and negotiate contracts for MERC events.
• Train, manage, and counsel other coordinators on processes and protocols.
• Develop budgeting specifications for meetings, covering hotel, printing, special events, and other anticipated components.
• Keep all team members up to date with relevant project information.
• Coordinate team meetings and supervise other Program Coordinators.
• Adhere to the company Code of Conduct, AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other policies.
• Ensure compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations (U.S. and international) by completing required training.
• Represent Globus Medical professionally, upholding the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a similar field (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal relationship development skills; ability to build trusting, effective business relationships with vendors, internal and external customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem‑solver and strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities; capable of coordinating diverse ideas and formulating strategic plans.
• Enthusiastic, positive, even‑tempered, with dependability, flexibility, and maturity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite with the ability to learn new systems.
• Willingness to participate in clinical/surgical settings, including cadaveric training labs.

Travel

Frequent travel required, up to 30% of time, including Friday and Saturday programs (approximately 15‑17 programs per year). Travel to various domestic and international locations.

Physical Demands

• Required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 lb; occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lb.
• Must possess specific vision abilities: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the capacity to adjust focus.
