About the role
Georgetown University Assistant Program Coordinators are hired for a one-year term to work full-time in the Division of Student Affairs under the supervision of a senior administrator. Roles are focused on either student engagement or student resources.
Responsibilities
- Program design, planning and implementation
- Student outreach and engagement
- Social media and communications strategy and implementation
- Administrative and organizational support
- Data collection, analysis and assessment
- Collaborative planning for university events with departments across the university
- Health and Wellness programming, education and initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Understanding and insight into Georgetown University undergraduate student culture and community
Qualifications
- Experience in program design and implementation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills

Pay
The projected salary range for this position is $20.16 - $31.30 per hour. Compensation is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s individual qualifications, experience, education, skills, and certifications, as well as the University’s business needs and external factors.
