About the Role
This position supports students, activities, and programs related to service learning, community engagement, community-engaged research, internal and external partnerships, and community-building for the College of Medicine and among the interprofessional programs of Drexel University.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate students engaged in service learning and community outreach activities
- Coordinate community organizations involvement and collaboration
- Manage (including engagement and communication with) internal and external partners
- Maintain on-site presence and assistance in the office and at community events
- Order, organize, and inventory equipment and supplies for community events
- Respond effectively to changing priorities, organizational needs, and evolving community partnerships
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum of an Associate's Degree or the equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Strong attention to detail skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Zoom, SharePoint, Canvas or other learning management systems, database systems, and project management software
- Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years of experience
- Knowledge of community health and population health principles
- Experience working with diverse and underserved populations

Pay
Compensation for this position ranges from $45,330 to $68,000 per year. The offered rate will vary based on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, department budget, and an internal equity review.
