Program Coordinator
About the role

Responsibilities
- See a wide range of cases involving child abuse and neglect
- Work closely with families, legal professionals, and other child advocates
- Prepare reports and present findings to courts
- Support the emotional and psychological well-being of the children involved
- Collaborate with community partners to address systemic issues
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in a related field (social work, psychology, etc.)
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in child welfare or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience working with children and families in crisis
- Knowledge of child development and trauma-informed care
- Passion for advocating for the rights and well-being of children
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in case management software
