About the role

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, and provides guidance to the staff in accordance with state and federal regulations, Benchmark Human Services policies, the Supported Living policy, and procedure manual.
• Participates as part of an interdisciplinary team in the development of each client's ISP and PCP.
• Participates in direct care for each client.
• Completes daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly documentation.
• Facilitates all repairs and required maintenance of the consumer's homes.
• Communicates effectively with stakeholders.
• Participates in hiring and management of direct care staff.
• Schedules and assists clients in all medical appointments and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or Equivalency required, Degree preferred.
• 5 years Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities in a group home setting.
• 7+ years Supervisory Experience
• A Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance.
