Responsibilities
- Provide individual and family therapy sessions to foster youth and adoptive families
- Conduct therapeutic visits with foster youth and adoptive families
- Collaborate with other professionals in the field to ensure holistic care
- Participate in case management and support services
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Valid California license as a Psychologist or Social Worker
- Experience working with foster youth and adoptive families
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications
- Pass a background check
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
