Key Responsibilities
- Works closely with the Program Director to manage clinical issues that affect the milieu and assists in implementing corrective actions.
- Provides continuity and serves as liaison between treatment team, clients, and direct care staff.
- Covers admissions/transitions to program, working closely with Director of Clinical Services and intake team.
- Oversees client housing and ensures client safety and cleanliness.
- Complies with all standards established by the Department of Mental Health and any other agency accrediting the organization.
Qualifications
- Prior supervisory experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology or in a relevant health related field.
- Experience with eating disorders or in the behavioral health industry, preferred.
- Must have current CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.
