Program Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support for meetings, proposal review panels, and events
- Captures event venues, lodging arrangements, and catering services
- Schedules, budgets, and plans for events
- Develops event promotional materials, program, agenda, website, invitations, and other event materials
- Coordinates with hotel/travel vendors, attendees, and speakers
- Manages financial aspects of events, including reporting
- Tracks event invitees and participants, generating lists
- Handles on-site logistics for events
- Supports post-event activities
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum/General Experience: 2 years of experience
- Administrative Experience with Meeting / Panel / Event Execution and Support
- 15 PTO days, plus 5 additional days on your 10th hire anniversary
