Program Coordinator

About the role

A Program Coordinator contributes to AHF by providing strategic leadership and oversight at the wellness center. They actively co-lead the team, Nurse Practitioner (NP) and Senior Program Manager, ensuring effective management of day-to-day operations, employee engagement, and patient satisfaction initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Actively co-lead the team, Nurse Practitioner (NP) and Senior Program Manager, ensuring effective management of day-to-day operations, employee engagement, and patient satisfaction initiatives.
• Guarantees the seamless delivery of testing services in alignment with AHF's CORE values.
• Extends leadership across patient growth, client experience, and operational performance.
• Plays a crucial role in policy development, process improvement, and cultivating relationships enhancing the overall wellness experience for AHF's clients.
• Enhances the reputation of AHF by serving as a dedicated advocate committed to a seamless process of testing services.
• Fosters a supportive environment for both the clients we serve and the wellness center.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in program coordination or a related field. Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with healthcare regulations are also required.
