Program Coordinator

Program Coordinator Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Manager in ensuring that the tasks on resident care plans are completed
• Afford assistance with schedule changes
• Ensure completed documentation
• Provide quality personal care services and health-related services

Qualifications

• A two-year-degree in a social services area of study or an equivalent combination of experience and education
• A minimum of two years of experience working with adults with physical disabilities and/or traumatic brain injuries in a rehabilitation or transitional long-term-care setting
• The ability to model excellent work behaviors and team-oriented problem solving
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to self-motivate and effectively manage time and shift priorities
• The ability to accompany and/or transport residents within the community

Pay

• $23.00 starting wage
