About the role
The Globarl Intelligent Sensing & Reconnaisance business within th Advanced Products & Solutions (APS) Business Unit of Raytheon has an opening for a Lead Program Controls Analyst supporting multiple international Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) contracts.
Responsibilities
- Financial and EVMS analysis and forecasting
- Coordination with CAMs/IPTLs/VSLs
- Support of project planning and execution activities
- Financial planning
- Variance analysis
- Data validation
- Reporting
- EAC development
- Proposal support
- Participation in customer negotiations
- Identification and assessment of cost and schedule risks
- Analysis of financial data associated with assigned projects
- Support of analytical activities
- Execution of assigned tasks within defined schedules
- Participation in process improvement activities
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience
- Management of multiple assignments in a matrix organization
- Preparation of reports with review for accuracy and completion within defined timelines
- Experience preparing and reviewing Estimates at Completion (EACs)
- Knowledge of Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Analysis of financial and program data and development of solution approaches
