About the role

The Globarl Intelligent Sensing & Reconnaisance business within th Advanced Products & Solutions (APS) Business Unit of Raytheon has an opening for a Lead Program Controls Analyst supporting multiple international Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) contracts.

Responsibilities

• Financial and EVMS analysis and forecasting
• Coordination with CAMs/IPTLs/VSLs
• Support of project planning and execution activities
• Financial planning
• Variance analysis
• Data validation
• Reporting
• EAC development
• Proposal support
• Participation in customer negotiations
• Identification and assessment of cost and schedule risks
• Analysis of financial data associated with assigned projects
• Support of analytical activities
• Execution of assigned tasks within defined schedules
• Participation in process improvement activities

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience
• Management of multiple assignments in a matrix organization
• Preparation of reports with review for accuracy and completion within defined timelines
• Experience preparing and reviewing Estimates at Completion (EACs)
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Analysis of financial and program data and development of solution approaches
