Program Controls Analyst

Innovative Signal Analysis, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Program Controls Analyst to support their growing organization. This role works closely with Program Management, Engineering, and Finance teams to monitor cost, schedule, and resource performance while ensuring compliance with contractual reporting requirements. The primary focus is on reporting, support, and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineering teams and PMO staff.
• Interpret program performance data and identify key insights.
• Prepare reports via CDRLs or Earned Value requirements (Formats 1-5).
• Aid in preparing financial briefings, presentations, and status reports.
• Support Program Managers in identifying risks, opportunities, and mitigation plans.
• Track all elements of cost and resource allocation against program budgets and forecasts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of program controls, earned value management, or program finance experience.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proposal experience a plus.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing company.
• High attention to detail and deadline-driven mindset.
• Experience working at both large and small companies.
• TS/SCI clearance preferred. Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance to be considered for this position.

Pay

The compensation package includes a competitive base salary plus annual performance bonus and benefits. Salary range: $85,000 - $105,000 USD.
