Program Consultant- LTSS
About the Role
This role requires associates to be in-office 1-2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. Alternate locations may be considered for candidates residing within a commuting distance from an office. Candidates not within a reasonable commuting distance will not be considered unless accommodation is granted as required by law.
Responsibilities
- Monitor contract performance metrics and proactively identify changes to contractual requirements, regulatory standards, and compliance obligations.
- Assess the impact of contract and regulatory updates and recommend policy and process enhancements to ensure organizational compliance and operational effectiveness.
- Develop, implement, and maintain enterprise reporting solutions, including creating documentation and delivering training to stakeholders.
- Analyze performance trends, key performance indicators (KPIs), and operational data to identify improvement opportunities, support strategic initiatives, and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Manage the development, approval, implementation, and compliance of ongoing external client-facing programs.
- Ensure programs meet their stated objectives.
- Provide subject matter expertise in response to day-to-day business issues.
- Research applicable subject matter practices and remain aware of industry trends.
- Manage relationships and partner with corporate and regional business areas.
- Coordinate training related to external client-facing programs.
- Develop program success measures and perform periodic assessments of external client-facing program success.
Qualifications
- BA/BS in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience in external client-facing program management; or any combination of education and experience providing an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills and Experiences
- For the Behavioral Health organization, lived experiences with behavioral health programs are strongly preferred.
- Graduate degree, professional designation related to the field, or project management experience preferred.
- LTSS market experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with platforms/systems: HIP (Healthy Innovation Platform), Tableau, ThoughtSpot, and/or Compliance 360 is preferred.
Pay
For candidates working in person or virtually in Virginia, the salary range for this position is $71,680.00 to $107,520.00.
