Program Consultant

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and evaluates all aspects of assigned programs including sub-projects and related initiatives.
• Manages planning, schedule, resources, and risk.
• Ensures quality and compliance, implementing corrective action where necessary, to ensure cohesion between individual projects and the overall program.
• Communicates key performance indicators and program metrics to the appropriate parties.
• Collaborates with business units and senior executives to understand Bank needs, aligning the goals and purpose of projects to wider strategic objectives.
• Develops cases to outline and justify program-level initiatives in accordance with organizational planning.
• Works closely with business leaders and departments to understand their needs.
• Provides expert advice on methods of increasing efficiencies, reducing risk, and improving client experience.
• Collaborates with individuals, business units, and outside parties.
• Assists in or leads negotiations with external consultants or vendors.
• Facilitates communication across functions to enhance process flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Project Management
• OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Project Management

Preferred Qualifications

• Banking experience
• Project management experience
• Experience with Microsoft Suite, Sharepoint, and Jira
