What You'll Do

  • Safety is E2 Optics' top priority. Follow all safety protocols and company/client policies.

  • Maintain alignment with customer and leadership team goals.
  • Guide project proposals, contracts, and financial aspects to ensure profitability.
  • Manage program communications and collaborate with corporate partners.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and manufacturer/distribution partners.
  • Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
  • Comply with ethical standards and regulations.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Construction (preferred)
  • Relevant work experience (could be considered in lieu of degree)
  • PMP certification preferred
  • RCDD certification preferred
  • BICSI Technician Certified preferred
  • OSHA 10 and 30 required
  • 7-10 years telecommunications/low voltage management and revenue growth experience
  • 10+ years construction/telecommunications/data center industry experience
  • In-depth understanding of hyperscale engineering requirements
  • Proven project management experience with budget, safety, and quality expertise
  • Demonstrated commitment to client focus, transparency, and collaboration
  • Decision-making and judgment skills
  • Strong leadership, human resources management, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficient in computer and Microsoft Office applications
  • Understanding of data infrastructure industry
  • Knowledge of PMBOK Guides and Standards
  • Familiarity with industry rules and regulations
  • Excellent organizational, delegation, and communication skills
  • Results-driven and customer-focused
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Impeccable problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Work Environment and Physical Demands

  • Indoors business office and construction environment
  • Moderate noise level
  • Sitting, use of hands and arms, verbal communication, occasional physical movement, standing, lifting up to 40 pounds, frequent lifting and moving up to 25 pounds, carrying and climbing ladders to 20 feet, operating equipment like scissor lifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and UTVs (buggies)
  • Must be able to work in tight and confined spaces
