Program Business Manager

Responsibilities

• Experience formulating and defining systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a thorough understanding of the business systems and industry requirements
• Perform analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper requirements specifications
• Provide consultation on complex projects and consider the business implications of the application of the technology to the current and future business environments
• Plan and manage the realization of benefits through the integration of new capabilities within business practices and define the benefits that will realize the strategic objectives of the program
• Maintain focus on organizing and managing how time and resources are invested
• Advising the PMO on whether the outputs and outcomes will lead to the realization of new business processes
• Optimize the timing of the release of new deliverables into business operations

Requirements

• High-value backgrounds including previous SETA experience, prior experience as a program or project manager, and a solid understanding of the Intelligence Community and its operating environment
• Strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to operate across multiple functional areas

Qualifications

• Entry-Level/Developmental: High School Diploma + 6 years of experience, Associates Degree + 4 years of experience, Bachelors Degree + 2 years of experience, Masters Degree + 0 years of experience
• Full Performance/Journeyman: High School Diploma + 8 years of experience, Associates Degree + 6 years of experience, Bachelors Degree + 4 years of experience, Masters Degree + 2 years of experience
• Senior: High School Diploma + 10 years of experience, Associates Degree + 8 years of experience, Bachelors Degree + 6 years of experience, Masters Degree + 4 years of experience, PhD + 2 years of experience
• Expert/Master: High School Diploma + 12 years of experience, Associates Degree + 10 years of experience, Bachelors Degree + 8 years of experience, Masters Degree + 6 years of experience, PhD + 4 years of experience

Pay

The proposed salary range for this position in Maryland is $53,000 to $270,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
