Job Summary

Stratagem Solutions, Incorporated is seeking applicants for a contract support role to support an Army Product Manager's Business team. Ideal candidates have recent experience in similar roles with DOD organizations or contractors. The position requires a current Secret Security Clearance.

About the Role

This position involves supporting the PPBE process, developing funding documents, and preparing budget forms. It also includes managing accounts, reconciling financial accounts, reviewing and analyzing financial documents, and participating in meetings with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize Army financial systems such as GFEBS and SOMARDS
  • Develop and defend POM requirements for OMA appropriations
  • Prepare and defend P&R forms for APA and RDT&E appropriations
  • Raise input in high-level meetings with customers and senior officials
  • Manage assigned accounts to a senior analyst level of accuracy
  • Support JRP and FIAR activities, including research and sample data analysis
  • Prepare Matrix Support 1144 agreements and related funding documents
  • Review and analyze accounting system reports
  • Provide technical assistance and guidance to customer staff
  • Participate in meetings with customers and vendors
  • Use Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
  • Work in a team environment and communicate effectively

Requirements

  • Secret Security Clearance (active)
  • Experience with Army financial systems and PPBE process
  • Knowledge of Army business processes and appropriations types
  • Experience with budget forms and P&R forms
  • Experience with JRP and FIAR support
  • Ability to prepare and defend budget documents
  • Experience with financial account reconciliation and report analysis
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
  • Team player with excellent written and oral communication skills

Qualifications

  • High School Graduate (or equivalent) with 20 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in engineering, business, or operations research with 16 years of relevant experience
  • Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in the same fields with 14 years of relevant experience
