Job Summary
Stratagem Solutions, Incorporated seeks applicants for a position supporting an Army Product Manager's Business team with contracts support. The ideal candidate should have recent and relevant experience in DoD contracting and possess a Secret Security Clearance.
Responsibilities
- Perform programmatic support to a product line with centralized life-cycle management
- Develop, update, and maintain Acquisition Milestone documentation
- Formulate recommendations for decision-makers
- Perform detailed and complex analyses integrating schedule, budget, and technical/performance activities
- Administer various contract types (CPFF, FFP, CPIF)
- Interface with internal and external personnel regarding contracts
- Affirm contract amendments and modifications
- Prepare contract requirement packages (CRP)
- Support program IPTs
- Prepare input to all acquisition program documentation
- Evaluate and assess business, technical, logistics, and operational concepts
- Assist the customer with requirements analysis, implementation, and compliance
- Prepare programmatic and technical documentation
Requirements
- Thorough knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations, Contracts/Subcontracts terminology and business practices
- Experience administering various contract types
- Strong skills and depth of experience in developing alternative solutions for program management challenges
- The ability to digest complex technical issues and evaluate their impact on the contract
- The ability to work in a teaming environment and interface with numerous Government and contractor personnel
- Demonstrated experience working individually and organizing/facilitating working groups
- Experience preparing detailed written reports and briefings suitable for senior leadership
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Minimum Requirements
- BS in engineering, business, or operations research with 10 years of relevant experience
- MS with 8 years of relevant experience
- PhD with 6 years of relevant experience
- HS with 14 years of relevant experience
Preferred Requirements
- Familiarization with Army aviation platforms
- Army Product Office experience
- Level III Certification
Education and Experience
- Minimum Education: BS in engineering, business, or operations research
- Minimum Years of Experience: 10 years in the functional responsibility area of the position
Special Requirements
- Active Security Clearance (SECRET) required prior to start of work
- Maintain minimum requirements for access to classified information
