Acquisition Analyst

Responsibilities

• Supports NAVSEA's PMS 340 office by providing analytical, programmatic, and acquisition lifecycle expertise.
• Engages in planning, budgeting, contracting, and execution activities related to acquisition programs.
• Develops and tracks acquisition documentation to ensure alignment with DoD 5000-series requirements.
• Coordinates with technical and financial stakeholders to facilitate effective delivery of PMS 340 capabilities to the Fleet.

Qualifications

• Required:
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, management, or a related field
• 7-10 years of relevant acquisition or program management experience consistent with the Analyst, Management III labor category
• Demonstrated experience supporting DoD or Navy acquisition programs, including familiarity with DoD 5000 processes
• Active DoD Secret clearance (or higher)
• Desired:
• Experience supporting NAVSEA, Special Warfare, or small craft programs
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to brief senior leadership

Pay

The specific programs and options available to any given employee may vary depending on eligibility factors such as geographic location, date of hire, etc. Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Salaries are commensurate with experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Salary Range: $110k-$120k.
