Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for program inquiries and participants.
- Provide information, assistance, and customer service to clients and stakeholders.
- Schedule appointments and maintain program calendars.
- Track and distribute Save Our Sons calendar activities across the agency.
- Prepare check requests and maintain accurate client files.
- Order and manage office supplies.
- Support data tracking and reporting systems.
- Aid in the preparation of reports, proposals, manuals, presentations, and other program materials.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- At least one (1) year of administrative or customer service experience is required.
- College coursework is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are essential.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities are necessary.
- Proficiency in clerical and administrative functions is required.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment is important.
