We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings using

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We need to extract content: The posting includes Department Information (description of department), Description Of Job (schedule Monday-Friday 8:30-5, note subject to change), then "What You'll Be Doing" (list of duties). Then "Minimum Qualifications, Substitutions, Conditions Of Employment & Appeal Rights" includes qualifications, conditions, etc. Then "Preferred Qualifications & Competencies". Then "Supplemental Information" includes benefits description (some truncated). Also there is "How to apply..." etc but we should remove boilerplate like application instructions, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. We need to preserve substantive info. We need sections: About the role (maybe department info), Responsibilities (What You'll Be Doing), Requirements (minimum qualifications), Qualifications (maybe preferred qualifications?), Skills (maybe list of skills), Benefits (benefits description), Pay (not present), Schedule (schedule info). Pay not present, so omit Pay section. Schedule present: Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Also note subject to change. So include Schedule section. Benefits: there is a truncated list: "Strong, secure, yet flexible retirement benefits including a PERA Defined Benefit Plan or PERA Defined Contribution Plan plus 401(k) and 457 plans Medical and dental health plans Employer supplemented Health Savings Account Paid life insurance Short- and l" truncated. We have partial but it's substantive. We'll include Benefits section with that content. About the role: Department Information paragraph. Responsibilities: the "What You'll Be Doing" list. Requirements: Minimum Qualifications etc. Could combine Requirements and Qualifications? The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need separate headings for Requirements and Qualifications if content exists. Requirements likely the minimum qualifications (education/experience). Qualifications could be preferred qualifications. Skills could be list of skills (customer service, reading/writing, analytical/problem solving, bilingual Spanish, etc). We'll extract. Let's parse: Department Information: first paragraph about CFMH, etc. We'll keep that as About the role. Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Please note: Work arrangements are subject to change at any time. Responsibilities: "What You'll Be Doing" bullet-like paragraphs. We'll convert each sentence or clause into

Benefits: The truncated benefits list: "Strong, secure, yet flexible retirement benefits including a PERA Defined Benefit Plan or PERA Defined Contribution Plan plus 401(k) and 457 plans Medical and dental health plans Employer supplemented Health Savings Account Paid life insurance Short- and l". We must not include boilerplate like "How to apply", "Supplemental Information", "Contact The State Personnel Board", etc. Also remove EEO etc. Not present. Now construct HTML fragment:

        About the role

Department Information This position is open to current Colorado residents only. Civil and Forensic Mental Health services (CFMH) operates Colorado’s two mental health hospitals, the Forensic Services Division, the Division of Mental Health Transitional Living, and now the Outpatient Services Division (OSDV). The office provides a continuum of mental health care for both Civil and Forensic clients. Civil clients are individuals who are committed by a civil court into the care of the Colorado Department of Human Services because they have serious and persistent mental health conditions. Forensic clients include those who are charged with a crime and have a mental or developmental disability that prevents them from assisting in their own defense or rationally understanding the criminal court proceedings, and those who have been charged with a crime but found not guilty by reason of insanity. CFMH works across the legal system to provide evaluations, treatment and case management for these clients. Outpatient Services is the newest part of this continuum, working to support clients stepping down or being diverted from hospitals and jails, and giving them the care they need in the community. Through our core values listed below, Outpatient Services staff is committed to: Individual dignity and respectPerson-centered, evidence-based careTrauma-informed recoveryMultidisciplinary collaborationDiversity and inclusionStrong family and community partnerships
