Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications
The position requires the ability to perform administrative functions related to client records, manage a spreadsheet to track expiration/completion of chart documents, submit records requests as needed, answer a multi-line phone system, complete quality call backs and client satisfaction surveys, open and close client records, and appropriately store records.
