About the role
The Program Assistant works with multiple interdisciplinary teams at CBI sites to organize, coordinate, and monitor all clinical operations, including managing reports, medical records, maintaining meeting records, and providing administrative activities. The Program Assistant will also coordinate intakes with Clinical Assessor, oversee staff schedules and facilitate any office/supply orders with the Site Manager.
Skills/Requirements
- Highschool Diploma or GED required.
- Associates Degree or higher in a field related to behavioral health preferred.
- 1 or more years of clerical and/or administrative experience is preferred.
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
