Responsibilities

• Support high-impact programs by conducting in-depth research, analyzing policy and strategy, and delivering actionable recommendations to government clients and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor legislative, policy, and strategic developments relevant to client missions.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, analysts, and program managers to assess the impact of policy initiatives.
• Develop and present findings and recommendations to clients, ensuring alignment with mission goals and national strategy.
• Track performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement of program operations.
• Support strategic planning efforts, stakeholder engagement, and interagency coordination activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in public policy, political science, international affairs, public administration, or a related field. Master’s degree required for some senior level opportunities.
• 3+ years of experience in policy and/or program support, analysis, program evaluation, or strategic planning supporting government, defense, homeland security, or intelligence communities.
• Demonstrated understanding of federal and defense policies, processes, and organizational interdependencies.
• Strong research, writing, and briefing skills, with the ability to communicate complex topics to varied audiences.
• Familiarity with government policy development, legislative processes, and interagency coordination.
• Ability to synthesize large volumes of information into clear, concise, and actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools such as SharePoint or Teams.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in dynamic team environments under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required depending on the position.
