About the role
The Program Analyst will provide overall management, leadership, and oversight for contract execution in support of USSOCOM requirements.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive program support encompassing strategic planning and resource planning, contract deliverables and administration, quality assurance development and reporting, and Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) review.
- Support strategic resource planning, including POM submissions and spend plans.
- Support budget execution, including funding document processing and invoice review.
- Assist with technical and application assessment support.
- Plan, analyze, and evaluate government contracts.
- Afford assistance in monitoring, measuring, and reporting on overall contractual requirements and performance.
- Deliver expertise to facilitate the development of initial assessments, initiative design documents, and monitoring of program and activities.
- Afford actions to assist the government, including ensuring contract administrative duties, deliverables, objectives, and quality of contract are executed.
- Execute and monitor contractual management requirements.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Support program reviews, briefings, and stakeholder engagements.
