Job Description
BryceTech is seeking an experienced Program Analyst IV to provide senior-level acquisition, program management, and strategic business support to JPL CBRN Enabling Technologies.
Essential Responsibilities
- Lead complex acquisition and program management efforts supporting multiple portfolios
- Advis[e] Government leadership on acquisition strategy, program execution, and organizational priorities
- Develop executive-level briefings, white papers, decision memoranda, and strategic communications
- Analyze program performance, schedules, risks, and resource requirements
- C[o]ordinate high-visibility taskers across multiple organizations
- Lead Integrated Product Team meetings and executive working groups
- Develop metrics, dashboards, and performance reporting products
- Identify program risks and recommend mitigation strategies
- Support strategic planning, organizational assessments, and process improvement initiatives
- C[o]ordinate budget planning, financial execution reporting, and resource management activities
- Mentor junior analysts and provide technical leadership across the contract team
- Build collaborative relationships with Government leadership and external stakeholders
- Ensure assigned efforts meet customer priorities, schedules, and quality expectations
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications: Active Secret security clearance or above, Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, engineering, acquisition, or related field, 10+ years of DoD acquisition, program management, or business operations experience, Extensive knowledge of the Defense Acquisition System and DoD program management processes, Experience supporting senior executive leadership (O-6/GS-15/SES equivalent), Demonstrated experience leading complex analytical projects, Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree, DAWIA/Back-to-Basics certification in Program Management or Contracting, Experience supporting CPE-CBRND or other Major Defense Acquisition Programs (MDAPs), Knowledge of PPBE/PPBEA, JCIDS, and defense resource management processes, Experience developing executive dashboards and performance metrics, Experience leading cross-functional teams and process improvement initiatives
