Program Analyst
GDIT is seeking a Program Analyst to provide advanced analytical, operational, and business support to the National Intelligence Sector. This role drives executive priorities, develops and analyzes business information, coordinates cross-functional initiatives, tracks performance against objectives, and provides actionable insights to support leadership decision-making. About the role
As a Program Analyst, your work will directly impact the missions of the Intelligence Community and the Department of Homeland Security. You will serve as a trusted business partner to executive leadership, anticipating needs and proactively identifying issues and opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Perform complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of the sector.
- Support development and tracking of business goals, priorities, and performance measures.
- Assist with development of growth plans, sector initiatives, and leadership priorities.
- Proactively identify actions to improve sector effectiveness, business performance, and execution.
- Coordinate inputs from sector leaders and consolidate information for executive review.
- Translate strategy into measurable actions and drive accountability for execution.
- Conduct trend and data analysis on operational and business information.
- Provide data visualization to equip leadership and teams with actionable information.
- Develop plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitor tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program(s).
- Lead special projects and key strategic initiatives as assigned.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 8+ years of related experience.
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required to start.
- US citizenship required.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with limited oversight.
- Experience supporting program planning, performance monitoring, or business development activities.
- Must work onsite at GDIT’s Herndon, VA facility 5 days a week.

Pay
The likely salary range for this position is $124,093 – $143,750, depending on experience, geographic location, and contractual requirements.
Schedule
- Scheduled weekly hours: 40.
- Travel required: Less than 10%.
- Telecommuting options: Onsite (5 days a week).
