The role involves analyzing key program metrics, preparing reports, tracking deliverables, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of program objectives while maintaining compliance with applicable policies and procedures. Job Description Analyze program data, milestones, funding, schedules, risks, and performance metrics.Prepare briefings, reports, dashboards, decision papers, and meeting materials for government and contractor leadership.Track and manage project deliverables, action items, contract requirements, and overall program objectives.Support budget formulation, financial tracking, cost analysis, and resource planning.Assist with acquisition, logistics, manpower, and operational planning activities as required.Identify program risks, issues, and gaps; recommend and implement effective corrective actions and process improvements.Coordinate and collaborate with government stakeholders, contractors, technical teams, and external partners to ensure program success.Maintain program records, correspondence, documentation, and status updates in accordance with applicable policies.Support compliance with security, records-management, and information-protection requirements. Qualifications REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years or more of related experience; additional four (4) years of experience considered in lieu of degree. Experience analyzing program data, tracking milestones, deliverables, and metrics, and preparing decision-level briefings and reports.Knowledge of budget formulation, financial tracking, and program cost analysis principles.Demonstrated ability to assist in operational planning activities across acquisition, logistics, or manpower functions.Strong organizational skills and experience maintaining program records while ensuring compliance with security and program regulations. Required Clearance Must be able to obtain a full Secret Clearance; Interim Secret required prior to start (SAIC will assist in obtaining).Must be a current U.S. Citizen.
