About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to support the Seneca Nation's economic goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with the organization's values and principles.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback for decision-making processes.
- Monitor and report on the impact of initiatives on the Seneca Nation's economic development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in economic development or a similar field.
- Strong understanding of federal government contracting and procurement processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Experience working with Native American communities preferred.
- Knowledge of the Seventh Generation Principle and its application in economic development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills
- Strategic planning and implementation.

- Financial analysis and reporting.

Pay
$80,000 - $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, with flexible hours to accommodate the Seventh Generation Principle.
