Program Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to support the Seneca Nation's economic goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with the organization's values and principles.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback for decision-making processes.
• Monitor and report on the impact of initiatives on the Seneca Nation's economic development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in economic development or a similar field.
• Strong understanding of federal government contracting and procurement processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience working with Native American communities preferred.
• Knowledge of the Seventh Generation Principle and its application in economic development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

$80,000 - $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, with flexible hours to accommodate the Seventh Generation Principle.
