Program Analyst

About the role

As a Program Analyst, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, an experienced Program Analyst who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain organizational programs in support of our client's strategy.
• Work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting.
• Help with tactical planning using resources like Microsoft tools and regular interactions with SMEs, technical directors, engineers, and contracting officers.
• Conduct quantitative or qualitative analysis and evaluation of programs and provide management with information about improving initiatives and strategic plans.
• Plan, coordinate, and develop comprehensive reports to improve the overall development and execution of organizational programs.
• Communicate clearly and effectively on research findings, technical developments, and other information to a wide range of external audiences.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience working in a professional environment.
• Experience with project management on technical projects.
• Experience creating project management plans.
• Experience assisting and supporting the development of recommended and required program documentation according to DoD regulations and directives.
• Experience serving as an advisor to upper-level management.
• Experience planning, coordinating, and developing comprehensive reports to improve the overall development and execution of organizational programs.
• Experience conducting quantitative or qualitative analysis and evaluation of programs and providing management with information about improving initiatives and strategic plans.
• TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Nice if you have: Experience writing and editing technical articles, publications, or presentations; Knowledge of project financials; Knowledge of the DoD acquisition process; Ability to write technical specifications, reports, brochures, or manuals for internal documentation, customer reference, or publication; Ability to communicate clearly and effectively on research findings, technical developments, and other information to a wide range of external audiences; Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.

Skills

• Experience with telecommunications project management.

Pay

The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD).
