About the role

As a program management specialist, you will support projects from concept to completion, ensuring they stay on track with limited resources. Your responsibilities will include implementing and maintaining organizational programs, reviewing contracts and project cost accounting, and assisting with tactical planning using tools like M365.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain organizational programs in support of Army clients
  • Work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting
  • Help with tactical planning using resources like M365 and regular interactions with client leadership and staff
  • Ensure the program achieves its goals and meets quality standards through effective communication

Requirements

  • Experience working in a government environment and collaborating with team members and leadership
  • Experience scheduling meetings and managing calendars
  • Experience submitting visit requests and escorting uncleared visitors
  • Experience working in Army365, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint
  • Knowledge of Army systems and programs such as MIRARS and DTS
  • Ability to prepare briefings, presentations, and reports for management review
  • Ability to juggle numerous tasks and requirements
  • Secret clearance

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Pay

The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD).

Schedule

This position is available full-time and part-time, with at least 20 hours per week on a regular basis. Employees are eligible to participate in Booz Allen’s benefit programs.
