Program Assistant
Summary
Provide administrative support and customer service for designated department management and/or program(s). Support program activities and serve as liaison between program(s) and constituents as directed.
Principal Functional Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support and customer service for designated department management and/or program(s), including scheduling meetings, preparing meeting agendas, and drafting correspondence.
- Serve as receptionist to greet visitors, answer phones and general office inquires.
- Maintain program documentation, files, and records in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Support program activities as requested (i.e., proctoring exams, lectures, departmental events).
- Serve as liaison between program staff, faculty, students and other applicable constituents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Minimum 1-year related work experience in an office environment.
- Experience in higher education preferred.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to utilize a phone, computer and other office equipment.

Starting Pay Rate Range
$16.42 – $18.43, commensurate with experience
