About the role

You’ll oversee the overall operations of our program—ensuring quality services, financial stability, and compliance with company and client expectations. In this role, you’ll provide strategic leadership, guide staff development, and build strong relationships with clients and the community while keeping the needs of individuals served at the heart of every decision.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee program operations to ensure quality services, financial stability, and compliance with company and client expectations.
  • Provide strategic leadership, guide staff development, and build strong relationships with clients and the community.
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align programs with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Conduct assessments and provide treatment services consistent with your education, training, and licensure.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in a similar role.
  • Master’s degree in Psychology or related field.
  • Licensure as a Psychologist in the state where you will be working.
  • Experience in program administration and management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge of behavioral healthcare principles and practices.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.
