In this role, you’ll provide strategic leadership, guide staff development, and build strong relationships with clients and the community while keeping the needs of individuals served at the heart of every decision.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in a similar role.
• Master’s degree in Psychology or related field.
• Licensure as a Psychologist in the state where you will be working.
• Experience in program administration and management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
