Role and Responsibilities
- Track government contract milestones, deliverables, and progress schedules to ensure the timely delivery of goods or services.
- Monitor project budgets and manage funding.
- Prepare and manage contract modifications and personnel.
- Serve as the primary bridge between the contractor, the Contracting Officer (COR), and internal departments.
- Oversee the systematic process of verifying all deliverables are met on time and on budget.
Requirements
- US Citizen
- Active Secret Security clearance
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant managerial experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing the development of training programs.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting federal agencies in security related programs or topics related to the protection of classified information and government technologies.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience managing multi million dollar federal government contracts.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing personnel, tasks, and workflow.
- Passionate about providing excellent oversight and customer service for the daily operation of the contract.
- Experience supporting training environments.

Pay
Actual salary is determined by a combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability.
Schedule
This position is hybrid with one day a week onsite in Linthicum, Maryland.
