About the role

We are currently seeking a Program Administrative Manager to join our Respite Programs team and help advance our mission of empowering people to live healthier, more fulfilling lives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and continuously improve administrative workflows and processes that support effective, efficient, and responsive operations across BHN's Respite Programs.
  • Supervise, train, support, and evaluate administrative employees while promoting accountability, collaboration, consistency, and excellent service.
  • Coordinate administrative assignments related to hiring, recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, training, meetings, interviews, and other operational needs across Respite sites.
  • Partner closely with Respite leadership, nursing and clinical teams, program staff, and other BHN departments to identify priorities and complete administrative work accurately and on time.
  • Monitor and document completion of administrative requirements that support contractual, regulatory, funding-source, safety, and organizational compliance.
  • Maintain organized and compliant records, reports, data, schedules, and other documentation in accordance with applicable requirements and BHN policies.
  • Attend program and operational meetings, communicate relevant updates, track follow-up items, and help ensure timely completion of action steps across Respite Programs.
  • Coordinate meetings and interviews and provide administrative support for reports, data entry, scanning, filing, telephone coverage, reception, and special projects as needed.
  • Build positive working relationships and provide responsive, professional customer service to individuals served, employees, candidates, providers, community partners, and other organizations.
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of Respite program requirements, BHN policies, administrative systems, and operational practices necessary to support high-quality behavioral health services.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
  • At least three years of office or administrative experience required.
  • At least one year of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting behavioral health, healthcare, residential, crisis, human services, or another fast-paced service environment preferred.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and common word-processing, spreadsheet, email, data-entry, scheduling, and communication applications.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, customer-service, verbal and written communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Consistent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple assignments, meet deadlines, maintain accurate records, and follow through on commitments.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, exercise sound judgment, manage changing priorities and interruptions, and respond constructively to feedback.
  • Cultural responsiveness and the ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues, individuals served, and partners from diverse backgrounds.

Pay

Salary Range: $65,000-$70,000
