Prognostics Health Management (PhM) Manager 2

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced predictive maintenance solutions using PHM (Predictive Health Management) technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain PHM systems to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PHM solutions into existing operations.
• Conduct root cause analysis on equipment failures to prevent future occurrences.
• Provide technical guidance and training to team members on PHM methodologies and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in PHM or similar roles.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
• Experience with PHM software and tools such as MATLAB, Python, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications
