Professor and Divison Chief - Infectious Disease Division

Responsibilities

The Infestations Diseases Chief position is essential to the Department of Medicine's function, as the division chief assumes responsibility for recruiting faculty members, advising and guiding faculty on their contributions to UT Health Science Center, overseeing the division's fiscal responsibilities, and more.

Centralizing and in charge of the clinical schedule and on-call schedule within the Regional One Health and Methodist Hospital. Patient care will include inpatient service, 2-4 half-day clinics in Regional One Health, and an equal number of on-call schedules with all Infectious Disease physicians.
