What You'll Do

• Produce professional-grade Italian voice recordings using a large diaphragm microphone, following provided scripts and prompts.
• Evaluate AI-generated Italian speech for natural flow, pronunciation accuracy, and emotional expression.
• Provide detailed, actionable feedback to improve the quality of synthesized voice outputs.
• Review scripts and suggest adjustments to enhance clarity and ensure natural-sounding delivery.
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule.

Who You Are

• Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobooks, or related performance-based audio work.
• Native or near-native fluency in Italian.
• Owner of a high-quality microphone and access to a quiet, controlled recording environment.
• Able to deliver engaging, expressive, and well-articulated vocal performances consistently.
• Naturally attuned to nuance in tone, clarity, and pronunciation.
• No prior AI or tech experience required.

Nice to Have

• Studio or home studio recording experience.
• Background in broadcast, theatre, or commercial voice work.
• Familiarity with regional Italian dialects or accent variations.
• Experience evaluating or directing voice talent.
