About The Role

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for working voice professionals. No AI background needed — just a commanding vocal presence, native-level Italian fluency, and access to quality recording equipment.

What You'll Do

• Record professional-grade Italian voice performances using a large diaphragm microphone (LDM), following provided scripts and prompts
• Evaluate AI-generated Italian speech for naturalness, pronunciation accuracy, emotional expression, and overall quality
• Provide clear, structured, and actionable feedback to help improve synthesized voice outputs
• Review scripts and suggest adjustments to enhance clarity and ensure authentic, natural-sounding delivery
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobooks, dubbing, or related performance-based audio work
• Native or near-native fluency in Italian with a strong command of natural spoken delivery
• Equipped with a high-quality large diaphragm microphone and a quiet, acoustically controlled recording environment
• Able to deliver engaging, expressive, and well-articulated vocal performances consistently
• Attentive to nuance — you can identify and articulate subtle differences in tone, pacing, and pronunciation
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated when working independently

Nice to Have

• Experience across multiple Italian regional accents or dialects
• Background in broadcast media, theatre, film, or professional audio production
• Familiarity with AI tools, audio evaluation workflows, or speech technology
• Experience providing structured creative or quality feedback
