This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for working voice professionals. Your craft matters here — and so does your ear for what sounds authentic.

What You'll Do

• Record professional-grade Italian voice audio using a large diaphragm microphone (LDM), following provided scripts and prompts
• Evaluate AI-generated Italian speech for natural flow, pronunciation accuracy, and emotional expression
• Provide detailed, actionable feedback to help improve synthesized voice outputs
• Review scripts and suggest adjustments to enhance clarity and ensure natural-sounding delivery
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Native or near-native fluency in Italian with a strong command of natural spoken expression
• Background in voice acting, narration, audiobooks, dubbing, or related performance-based audio work
• Access to a large diaphragm microphone and a quiet, acoustically controlled recording space
• Able to deliver engaging, expressive, and well-articulated vocal performances consistently
• Sharp ear for nuance — you notice when tone, pacing, or pronunciation feels off
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated when working independently

Nice to Have

• Experience recording for broadcast, animation, e-learning, or commercial projects
• Familiarity with audio editing software or digital audio workstations (DAWs)
• Awareness of regional Italian dialects or accent variations
• Prior exposure to AI audio projects or speech evaluation workflows
