About the role
Play a crucial role in student success by working with students to identify their academic needs and provide personalized tutoring sessions. Position is part‑time, temporary (not eligible for benefits). Location: Academic Success Tutoring Center, 1819 N Main Ave., Moody Learning Center, Suite 707, San Antonio, Texas, 78212, United States. Reports to: Varies. In‑person support only. Funding source: Hard Money. Number of openings: 1. Qualifications
- Minimum Education and Experience: Associate’s degree or equivalent education (60 hours) including successful completion of college‑level coursework in the related field.
- Preferred Education and Experience: 1 year of tutoring, teaching or directly related experience; experience working with a multi‑cultural population of students with varying backgrounds and education.
Schedule
Hours per week: 19 (hourly). Days and hours will vary based on student need; typical coverage Mondays‑Thursdays 8 a.m.–7 p.m.
